Good quality but terrible customer service.
"I received the halters I ordered on 5/3/2023 and the order was correct and of good quality. My problem was the halters didn't tighten up quite enough and needed a couple more holes added. I emailed Customer service the next day on 5/4/2023 and asked if they could recommend a procedure for me adding additional holes and to this day have never received a response. I know with the quantity of halters Weaver sells that they have had this question asked before but evidently chose to ignore my email completely."
